Three Best Face Cleansers for Sensitive Skin (but for all skin types, really)

Hi dolls!

We all know it’s so important to find a cleanser that is gentle on your skin. Even though I have sensitive skin and have to be extra careful with what I use, these are honestly great for ALL skin types – even oily!

*here’s a random picture of me and my CeraVe cleanser just casually checking my cleansers on the Beautypedia app we swear by 🙂

After years of trying out different ones, these are my top 3 can’t-live-without cleansers (and one is less than $7!!!). All of these are gentle on the skin barrier (which is *so* important to maintain), not drying or irritating, but provide a clean feeling! The best part: all of these are so affordable!

CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser  $14.99

CeraVe is one of our all-time FAVORITE drug store brands. I actually just learned recently that the name comes from the fact that all of the products contain ceramides – a powerhouse ingredient in skincare that’s beneficial for all skin types! 🙂

I *live* for this cleanser. My skin never feels tight after using it; it’s especially great for winter time.

Aveeno Ultra-Calming Hydrating Gel Facial Cleanser $6.79

Another great drugstore pick! I have been using this one for the last 6 months and it makes my skin feel amazing.

Fun fact: I thought they discontinued this so I picked up three bottles at Bed, Bath, & Beyond just to stock up because I never want to be without it (I was completely wrong – they weren’t discontinuing it).

Paula’s Choice Skin Recovery Cream Cleanser $18

This has been my ride-or-die baby for years now. I usually get the ginormous 16oz bottle for $26 and it lasts me forever! We love PC, and I’ve seen such great benefit in my skin when using this.

*Make sure you download ebates so you can get the 7.5% cash back when you shop there!*

**Pro Tip** I recently learned how important it is to minimize face washing, as this tends to dry out your skin quicker (which leads to accelerated aging!)! I’m all about restoring my skin barrier, and so I’m trying to only wash my face with a cleanser and water once a day at night! Instead, now what I use is this AMAZING micellar water in the morning and I LOVE the way my skin has been improving!

I use this one by CeraVe

CeraVe Hydrating Micellar Water $12.99

If you are a skin care junkie like me, then I highly recommend Dr. Dray’s YouTube channel, which you can find here. She is a dermatologist and filled with SO MUCH AMAZING INFORMATION! I swear by her recs – and I hope you find her helpful as well 🙂

(I once saw her in Chicago and was so star struck when I saw her I just awkwardly stared at her as she walked by).

What cleanser do you dolls swear by!? Thank you for stopping by and reading!
